Application Process

Gan Ktantanim welcomes children from six months through five years of age.

1. Inquiry form: Start by filling out an inquiry form to inform us of your interest in our school. 

2. Schedule a tour: We will respond to your inquiry form to set up a tour of our school. During the tour, you’ll meet Anat Rovman, Head of School, and other members of our fantastic team.

3. Submit application: After touring the school you will receive a link to our online application form. Please submit your application together with the $200 application fee.

4. Acceptance: When you are offered a confirmed spot in our school, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of one month’s tuition is required in order to reserve that spot. The deposit will be applied towards your child’s last month of tuition.

5. Meeting your child: We will then schedule a playdate with your child and our director. Your child will have the opportunity to engage with our creative materials and experience our classroom.

Waiting list opportunity: If we do not have a spot available, we will add you to our waiting list. We will then inform you as soon as there is an opening for your child.
